ANSWR by HYPHR

Every missed call is a customer calling someone else.

ANSWR picks up when you can't. It answers the usual questions, takes the message, and texts you before the caller has put their phone down. You keep your number. Nothing about your phone changes.

Call it right now. That is ANSWR answering its own phone, so ask it anything, including what it costs. Tell it what your business does and it will answer a call as your front desk on the spot.

The math

You already paid for those calls.

Marketing, signage, the truck wrap, the website. All of it exists to make the phone ring. Then it rings while you are under a sink, on a ladder, with a client, or asleep.

Calls to small businesses go unanswered on average

Callers who leave a voicemail and wait patiently
$149
Per month, against jobs worth many times that

A caller who reaches voicemail does not leave a message and try again tomorrow. They hang up and call the next name on the list. That is the entire problem, and it is the only thing ANSWR is built to fix.

How it works

Five minutes to set up. Nothing to replace.

Step one

Keep your number

You do not port anything or hand your number over. You turn on call forwarding, the same setting you already have, so calls roll to ANSWR when you are busy, when nobody picks up, or after hours.

Step two

We teach it your business

You fill in one form: your hours, your prices, what people call about, what counts as an emergency, what it must never say. We build the agent from it and you hear it before any customer does.

Step three

It answers, you get the text

Every call gets picked up. You get a text with who called, their number and what they wanted. The caller gets a confirmation so they stop shopping around.

What you are actually choosing between

The honest comparison.

These are the four real options for a phone that rings more than you can pick up. We think one of them is obvious, but you should see all four.

Voicemail is the one most small businesses are actually using, and it is the one losing them the most money. It costs nothing per month and roughly a job a week.

Straight answer

What it does, and what it does not do yet.

Most companies selling you AI will not print the second list. We would rather you know now than find out on a call with your customer.

It does this today
  • Answers every forwarded call, at any hour
  • Answers your regular questions from what you told it
  • Takes the message and reads the number back to confirm
  • Texts you right away, and texts the caller a confirmation
  • Treats your emergencies as emergencies and alerts you
  • Hands off to a real person whenever someone asks
It does not do this yet
  • Write appointments into your calendar. It captures the request and texts you, and you confirm the time
  • Make outbound calls
  • Take card numbers or payments. That one is never
  • Speak Spanish
  • Route across multiple locations
  • Replace anyone on your team, and we will not sell it that way
Pricing

One price. No contract. Cancel by switching off forwarding.

Every plan includes the whole product. We do not hold features back to fill out a comparison chart, because there is only one thing this does and you either get it or you do not.

  • Every lead from your contact form captured and sent to you
  • See who is visiting your site and what they looked at
  • Send us changes in your portal and we make them for you
  • One person responsible for the phone and the website
What is HYPHR Care?

The website half of the bundle.

HYPHR is the company that builds ANSWR. Care is our other service, $99 a month on its own. We look after your website: monitoring it so you hear about problems before your customers do, catching every enquiry from your contact form, showing you who is visiting, and making changes when you send them in through your portal.

You do not need Care to use ANSWR. It is here because most owners who lose calls are also losing form enquiries, and it costs less to fix both at once.

You own your number, your recordings and your data. Ask for an export any time and you get it. Leaving takes one setting on your end, and we will not make you call anyone to do it.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No, and you never will. Your number stays with your current carrier, in your name. You switch on conditional call forwarding so calls roll to ANSWR when the line is busy, unanswered, or outside your hours. Turning it off is the same setting in reverse.

Will it sound like a robot?

It says up front that it is an automated assistant, because that is the honest thing to do and in several states it is also the legal one. After that it sounds like a competent person at a front desk. Call the demo number at the top and decide for yourself, which is a better test than anything we could write here.

What if it does not know the answer?

It says so and takes a message. It will never invent a price, a policy, or an appointment time. Everything it states came from the form you filled in, and anything outside that gets handed to you rather than guessed at.

What happens if your system goes down?

Your phone rings exactly like it did before ANSWR existed. Calls fall through to you. Because we never touch your actual phone line, the worst case is you are back where you started, not cut off.

Is recording calls legal?

Every call opens by stating that it is recorded, on every call, in every state, with no exceptions. We apply the strictest state standard everywhere rather than guessing where a caller is dialing from.

What counts towards my 300 minutes?

Only the calls ANSWR actually answers. Because calls forward in rather than replacing your line, ANSWR only handles the ones you were already missing, which is why 300 minutes goes a lot further here than the same number does elsewhere. If you go over, it is 35 cents a minute and we tell you before it becomes a surprise.

Can it book appointments straight into my calendar?

Not yet. It captures the request with everything you need and texts it to you, and you confirm the time. We would rather do that properly than half-connect it to your calendar and double-book you.

How long does setup take?

Filling in the form takes about half an hour. We build the agent from it, you call it and test it yourself, and we adjust anything that sounds off. Most businesses are live within a few days, and switching forwarding on takes five minutes.

Get started

We take on ten businesses at a time.

ANSWR is live, but every agent is built for the specific business it answers for. Your hours, your prices, what counts as an emergency, what it must never say. That is a real setup rather than a signup form, so we do a small number properly instead of a lot badly.

Fastest way in is to call the line and tell it you want this for your own business. It takes your details and we call you back the same day.

Rather type than talk? Use the form. Either way a person calls you back, not a sequence of emails.

Request early access

No contract, no card, nothing installed. We call, you decide.

Call it before you decide.

Nothing on this page is worth as much as thirty seconds on the phone with it.
