Terms.
Last updated 14 August 2026
Short version: this site and the demo line are provided as they are. Calls to the demo are recorded and the agent says so first. Do not tell it anything sensitive. Nothing it says binds us. If you become a customer, a separate written agreement covers the actual service.
1Agreement to these terms
These terms are a legal agreement between you and HYPHR, a technology and design company in Nevada, covering your use of callanswr.com and the demo phone line published on it. ANSWR is a HYPHR product.
By using this website or calling the demo line, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
If you become a paying customer, a separate written services agreement covers the ANSWR service itself. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
2Who may use this
You must be at least eighteen years old. If you are using this on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it, and "you" then means both you and that business.
3What ANSWR is, and what this site is
ANSWR is a phone answering service for businesses. This website describes it, and the phone number published on it connects to a working demonstration.
The site is informational. Nothing on it creates a contract to provide service to you. We provide ANSWR only once we have agreed terms with you in writing.
4The demo line
The published number connects to an automated agent. It is a demonstration of the product, not a support line, not an emergency service, and not a person.
Calls are recorded and transcribed. The agent states this at the start of every call. By continuing the call after that disclosure you consent to being recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, hang up and use the form or email instead.
Do not give the demo line sensitive information. No payment card numbers, no bank details, no passwords, no government identifiers, no health information. The agent is built to refuse card details, but you should not test that.
The demo is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, it may mishear you, it may give an answer that is wrong, and we may change or withdraw it at any time without notice. Nothing the agent says creates any obligation for us. Pricing, availability and capability are only binding when confirmed by a person in writing.
We may limit call length, block numbers, or withdraw access to the demo line at our discretion.
5It is not an emergency service
Neither this website nor the demo line reaches emergency services. If you have a genuine emergency, hang up and dial 911 or your local emergency number.
6Requests and contact
When you submit the request form or ask the demo agent for follow up, you are asking us to contact you at the number and address you gave. You confirm the number is yours and that you may receive calls and texts on it.
You can ask us to stop at any time, on a call, by replying STOP to a text, or by email. We will.
Give us accurate information. We call the number you type in, so a typo wastes a stranger's time as well as yours.
7Acceptable use
Do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site, the demo line, or any system behind them.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of anything here without our written permission.
- Overload the site or the phone line, including automated dialing, flooding the form, or denial of service.
- Use the demo line to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, including the agent.
- Impersonate anyone, or submit someone else's phone number.
- Scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content or design at scale.
- Use anything here for an unlawful purpose.
We may block access or numbers that do any of the above, without notice.
8Pricing shown on this site
Prices are current at publication and may change. They are an indication, not an offer. Introductory pricing, including any founding customer rate, is limited in number and may be withdrawn once filled.
No price becomes binding until we have confirmed it with you in writing.
9Intellectual property
The ANSWR and HYPHR names, the wordmark, the site design, its text, layout and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view the site and link to it. You may not copy it substantially, reuse its text or design for a competing service, or present it as your own work. The Geist typeface is used under its own open source license and belongs to its authors.
10Feedback
If you send us suggestions about ANSWR, we may use them freely, without obligation or payment to you. Do not send us anything you consider confidential.
11Third party services
ANSWR relies on providers including Vercel, Twilio, Retell AI, Resend and Anthropic. Their availability affects ours. We are not responsible for outages, faults or changes in services we do not control.
12Disclaimer of warranties
This website and the demo line are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement.
We do not warrant that the site or the demo will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free, or that the agent will answer any particular question correctly. Automated voice systems mishear people. That is a known property of the technology, not a defect we are promising to eliminate.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or lost goodwill, arising from your use of this website or the demo line, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to this website and the demo line, taken together, will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYPHR and the people who work for it against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this website or the demo line, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.
15Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to this website or the demo line at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice. The sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and dispute resolution.
16Resolving disputes
Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email hello@callanswr.com with a description of the problem and what you would like done about it. Most things are resolved this way. Both sides agree to attempt informal resolution for thirty days before starting formal proceedings.
If that fails. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each side waives any objection to that venue.
Any claim must be brought within one year of the events giving rise to it, to the extent the law allows a shortened period.
17General
Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, including outages at our providers, network failures, or acts of government.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about this website and the demo line.
Notices. We give notice by posting on this site or emailing an address you gave us. You give notice to hello@callanswr.com.
18Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or the demo line after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to flag it rather than quietly editing the page.
