ANSWR by HYPHR

Privacy.

Short version: we collect what you type into the one form on this site, and we record calls to our demo line, which the agent tells you before anything else. We use it to call you back. We do not sell it. There are no cookies and no trackers on this website at all.

1What this covers

This policy covers callanswr.com, the demo phone line published on it, and any email you send us about ANSWR. ANSWR is a product of HYPHR, a technology and design company in Nevada.

If you become a paying customer, a separate written agreement covers how we handle your business data and the recordings of your customers' calls. That agreement takes precedence over this page for anything it addresses.

2Information you give us

The request form. Your name and a phone number are required. A description of your business and an email address are optional. Nothing else is collected and there are no hidden fields beyond a single anti-spam field that is always empty for real people.

Calls to the demo line. If you call the number on this site, the call is recorded and transcribed. That includes your phone number, anything you say, and the agent's replies. The agent states this in its first sentence on every call, without exception.

Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and follow up.

3Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These record the IP address the request came from, the browser and operating system reported, the page requested, and the time. We use them to keep the site running, diagnose faults, and identify abuse.

We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps, or any third party script. There is no tracking of any kind on this website, so there is nothing to opt out of and no consent banner to click.

4Why we use it

To call you back. If you fill in the form or call the demo line and ask for follow up, we use your details to contact you about ANSWR. That is the primary and usually the only reason we hold anything.

To run and improve the demo. We review call recordings and transcripts to find where the agent performed badly, and we change its instructions accordingly. This is how the product gets better.

To keep things secure. Server logs help us spot abuse of the site or the phone line.

To meet legal obligations. Including obligations around call recording and telephone communications.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us.

5Consent to be contacted

When you give us a phone number through the form or the demo line and ask us to follow up, you are asking us to call or text you at that number about ANSWR.

You can withdraw that at any time. Tell us on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email us. We will stop, and stopping does not require you to give a reason.

We do not place automated marketing calls and we do not sell or pass your number to anyone who does.

6Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run ANSWR. Each processes information only on our instructions and for the purposes below.

  • Vercel. Hosts the website and the form endpoint, and keeps the server logs.
  • Resend. Delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
  • Retell AI. Operates the demo phone agent and stores the call recordings and transcripts.
  • Twilio. Provides the phone number and carries the calls.
  • Anthropic. Provides the language model that generates the agent's responses.

Beyond these, we share information only where we are legally required to, where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or where you have asked us to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We have never done so and have no plans to.

7How long we keep it

Form submissions and email. Kept while we are in contact with you and for up to twenty four months afterwards, so we can pick a conversation back up if you return.

Call recordings and transcripts. Kept for up to twelve months, then deleted. We keep them long enough to improve the agent and to resolve any dispute about what was said.

Server logs. Retained for a short period by our host, typically weeks rather than months.

If you ask us to delete something sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

8How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict transport security, so a browser will refuse to load it unencrypted. It carries a content security policy that blocks any script we did not write, which makes injected code and most common web attacks ineffective.

The site collects nothing beyond the form, sets no cookies, and loads no third party code, so the amount of information exposed to a breach is deliberately small.

Access to form submissions and call recordings is limited to people at HYPHR who need it. Our service providers maintain their own security programs, and several hold independent certifications.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law, and we will tell you what actually happened rather than the vaguest wording we can get away with.

9Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you and where it came from.
  • Give you a copy of it in a format you can actually open.
  • Correct it if it is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop contacting you.

Email hello@callanswr.com. We aim to respond within thirty days. There is no account to log into, so nothing about you is hidden behind a dashboard you cannot reach.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

10State privacy rights

California. Under the CCPA as amended, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is no opt out to exercise, but the other rights are available through the contact address above. You may use an authorized agent.

Nevada. Nevada residents may direct a business not to sell certain personal information under NRS 603A. We do not sell personal information, so no such sale is taking place. You may still submit a request to the address above.

Other states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others, have similar rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, along with a right to appeal a refused request. Use the same contact address and tell us which state you are in.

Appeals. If we refuse a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response. We will explain our reasoning in writing.

11Do Not Track and global signals

Because this site does no tracking whatsoever, Do Not Track headers and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to act on here. We honor them by default, in the sense that there is no tracking to disable.

12Children

ANSWR is sold to businesses. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

13Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States and our service providers store information there. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

14Links to other sites

This site links to hyphr.net and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them anything.

15Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.

16Contact
